At Feldon Valley, our ethos is ‘Community, Nature, Cotswolds’ – and that translates to all areas of our work, including the Kitchen. We pride ourselves on championing locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, and Head Chef Victoria Hamilton takes a ‘farm to fork’ approach to everything we cook up. This is Sunday lunch with a difference.
Choose from sumptuous pork loin, delicious roast rump of Long Compton Beef, fresh Cornish Plaice or our vegetarian option, creamy Ricotta dumplings, alongside a delicious assortment of fresh, locally sourced and seasonal vegetables, following on from tempting starters and finished off with a array of mouth-watering desserts. What’s not to love?
Enjoy a classically British Sunday afternoon
After lunch, why not take a walk around our idyllic Cotswolds grounds, stretch your legs around the local area or even make your way over to the Cotswolds Distillery for a tour and tasting. If you’ve got the day to spare, you could even visit us early for a round of golf to work up your appetite, and then book a table to meet the family for lunch afterwards!
Whether you’re rounding off a week away in style with a home-cooked meal, extending your stay into the following week or you’re just after a simple, tasty and stress-free Sunday lunch out in the Cotswolds, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and endless opportunities to explore, relax and take in the amazing views.

Want to extend your stay? Enjoy a long Sunday lunch and a lazy lie-in with our Sunday Break. Feast on our home-cooked, modern British and delicious Cotswold Sunday lunch and then kick back and relax in your room with a good book or box set. The next day, indulge in a hearty breakfast to send you on your way, or to set you up for a day of working away from home in our spacious and quiet lounge area.
At Feldon Valley, we’re happy to cater to all the family, so please ask us if you’d like us to accommodate a large group or party of people – we’ll be happy to arrange this for you. Keep in mind that some of our foods may contain allergens, so please be sure to check with the team when booking and we will be happy to help!
About Feldon Valley
Our approach to Feldon Valley is built around three words: Community, Nature, Cotswolds.
Community is central to the vision for Feldon Valley. We are proud to be part of the local area and aim to support neighbouring residents, businesses, producers and suppliers wherever possible. We also want Feldon Valley to be a rewarding place to work, creating a team that understands our values and is supported, challenged and encouraged to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest and member.
Nature is equally important. Our setting is one of Feldon Valley’s greatest assets and we are committed to caring for the landscape and wildlife that surrounds us. Our onsite Ecology Island allows us to grow herbs, vegetables, salads, berries and fruit for use in The Kitchen, meaning some of our produce travels only a hundred metres before reaching the plate.
Across the property we continue to look for ways to encourage biodiversity and provide habitats for local wildlife, including the installation of bird and bat boxes, bug hotels and hedgehog houses. Alongside this, we aim to reduce waste, recycle wherever possible and work with suppliers and products that reflect our environmental values.
And finally, Cotswolds. We are immensely proud to call this very special part of the country home. From the landscape and wildlife around us to the produce we use and the businesses we work with, our location influences almost everything we do. We aim to reflect the character, hospitality and natural beauty of the region and to be positive ambassadors for the North Cotswolds.
