Join us in The Kitchen for modern British dining with local and seasonal ingredients at the heart of our menus.
We are open for supper six days a week (Monday to Saturday) with tables available from 6pm and 8.30 pm and the bar open late. Our evening menu is packed with family favourites and comfort classics cooked to order and served in a laid back, welcoming environment.
Light lunch and snacks are available daily in the bar from noon until 4pm Monday to Saturday.
Sunday lunch is served from 12:00 until 16:00 every Sunday.
Hotel guests can kickstart their day with a leisurely breakfast overlooking the beautiful North Cotswolds countryside. Made using local ingredients, our hearty morning menu includes all the classics such as Full English and eggs on toast, as well as a fresh and colourful continental selection with options including fresh and poached seasonal fruit, homemade granola, freshly made pastries and breads and local Brailes honey.
DINNER AT FELDON VALLEY
Utilising high quality regional and local produce, head chef Victoria Hamilton, and her team serve up ever-changing menus that are flavoursome, seasonal and original. Victoria Hamilton describes her style as ‘farm to table with sustainability at the fore’, an ethos carried through all of his menus. Victoria’s a ’la carte menu is available in the evening from Monday to Saturday.
We serve delicious breakfast brioche buns from 8am to help get your day started and a very tempting lunch menu from midday until 4pm Monday to Saturday – there should be something to satisfy all tastes and appetites!

The Kitchen at Feldon Valley offers modern British menus for date night, family celebrations or a quick foodie fix. We serve supper 6-days a week with tables available from 18:00 t0 20:30 (Monday – Saturday). Light lunches are served daily and our wonderful Sunday Lunch offers tables from 12:00 until 16:00.
Booking is essential to help us prepare for your arrival and to manage numbers. Plant based menus are available on request and any dietary requirements must be shared prior to arrival so Victoria can prepare accordingly and to avoid disappointment.

Our roasts are from the farms in our local counties, our catch is delivered daily and all accompanying vegetables have their roots in the changing seasonal harvest. Kick off the occasion with a toast and a few bites to share amongst friends or family or head straight in to starters before a main course with all the trimmings. Homemade puddings are set to be a big hit too and are sure to bring a smile to the whole table; we’ll leave you to decide if you need one spoons or two!

Through December and into the New year we will be running our exciting festive menus, offering you the opportunity to celebrate Christmas and the New Year, in style. Our Christmas menu will run from 1st December to 23rd December, Monday – Saturday from 12pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8.30pm, our Boxing Brunch will be on the 26th December served from 10am – 5pm and the New Years Eve menu will be on the 31st December. £60 per person, from 7pm – 9pm.

Ingredients are such an essential part of what we create and we are incredibly proud to support quality local suppliers whenever possible, but sometimes we do also have to look a little further afield to find the right produce. Our handpicked list of suppliers and people include:

Here at Feldon, people are at the heart of what we do. Our team brings together the very best in hospitality and come with a huge passion and knowledge of the local area.
VICTORIA HAMILTON, HEAD CHEF
Victoria joined The Kitchen as Sous Chef in 2019, before stepping up to the Head Chef role in July 2022. Victoria brings a strong creative force to the kitchen and is passionate about delivering a continually evolving, seasonal menu that celebrates our location, and suits the needs of our local diners, hotel guests and golfers.
Under her watch, the kitchen team champions an eclectic selection of artisans, growers, and suppliers from our corner of the North Cotswolds. Victoria also works with our grounds team to maintain and nurture an expanding kitchen garden that grows seasonal fruits, berries, salads, and vegetables and is the home to our own beehives.
MARTINA ROMANOVA, RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
Martina heads up the dining experience at Feldon and is a familiar face amongst regular guests and hotel visitors. Her exacting standards and friendly demeanour shape the warm welcome and high service levels that The Kitchen has gained a reputation for.
Working in partnership with Victoria and her kitchen brigade, Martina and her team have honed a laid-back dining experience allowing guests to relax and enjoy the far reaching views for which Feldon is synonymous for.
