We are thrilled to announce that Feldon Valley has been honoured with the prestigious AA Rosette Award for culinary excellence, with our fine-dining restaurant, The Kitchen, proudly receiving two Rosettes. This accolade is a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences, and the continual hard work of our incomparable Kitchen team, led by our talented Head Chef, Victoria Hamilton.

At the heart of this success is Victoria Hamilton, who joined The Kitchen as Sous Chef in 2019 and stepped into the Head Chef role in July 2022. She brings a vibrant creative force to our culinary team, passionately crafting a menu that evolves with the seasons and reflects our unique location. Victoria's dedication, along with the hard work of the entire team, ensures that our offerings delight local diners, hotel guests, and golfers alike.

This remarkable achievement would not be possible without the dedication and professionalism of our exceptional front-of-house team, led by our esteemed Restaurant & Bar Manager, Martina Romanova. Martina and her team ensure that every guest receives impeccable service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Under Victoria’s leadership, The Kitchen team champions an eclectic selection of artisans, growers, and suppliers from the North Cotswolds. Her innovative approach is complemented by our collaboration with the grounds team to maintain and nurture an expanding kitchen garden. This garden provides a bounty of seasonal fruits, berries, salads, and vegetables, and is home to our own beehives, emphasising our commitment to sustainability and freshness.

Feldon Valley runs a true farm-to-fork kitchen, celebrating the rich flavours of seasonal local ingredients sourced from nearby suppliers and our own ecological island on site. This approach not only enhances the quality of our dishes but also supports our local community and environment. Notable dishes include locally sourced roasts, fresh daily catches, and delightful homemade puddings, all of which reflect the rich heritage and seasonal abundance of the Cotswolds.
